Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

A NASTY HABIT

A friend told me recently that i have a couple of nasty habits. Well not really nasty...but there are a few.

1: I dont smile often enough ....erm...when i was young i lost some teeth in a freak accident..yes..my sister is a freak and the brick she threw was freakishly meant for me.

2:  i seldom use uppercase....if i was a typist in an office somewhere with typing education..then you can seriously blame me..i have broken every finger in both hands..on more than one occasion..(the joys of pro-volleyball) so yeah...it is like that.

3:  i am downright arrogant...on occasion i think it is not a case of arrogance. in my line of work one has to be downright friggin rude on occasion..lives depend on how well i do my work..so ..erm..yeah..shit happens ay

4:  i try to do too much ...this was a reference to my willingness to help other people..i cant help it..its in my nature

5: i am emotionless...at first i thought this was "motionless"..erm..geez i cant sit still for 5 minutes...well..then i discovered it was emotions..i dont do emotions well..shit happens..but seriously..in my line of work, and this is the saddest part, you have to control your emotions,..i have seen so much shit..that it is difficult to just show emotion..i am very clinical in my approach to life..shit happens and things need to be done

The Living Brush

~The-Living-Brush is really gaining momentum. And a feature by ~Yamenja and *just-joking provided us with much needed exposure. There are so many people involved in the project at the moment that it is becoming extremely difficult to keep up with all the pledges. Thank god I have ~cfoto who is quite capable of running the administration as I run around in the African jungle.

Funny, but I coulda sworn that particular pic had already been a DD long ago. Shoulda been.
As for emotionless - what, you? Yours is one of the most emotional, certainly one of the most emotive, galleries and journals on dA - you just do it by showing or stating facts, without mawkish sentiment. Much more powerful and useful that way, IMHO.
